I will not promise to cure all things but I led WeTrack for 10 years, through multiple fundraises and ultimately to a successful exit, I'd be happy to help founders navigate this process (especially M&A) from a non-executive director capacity.

If not in a NED capacity, I'd still be willing to work part-time or ad hoc to advise through things such as: scaling, hiring, cash flow, strategy, fundraising and elements of securing a successful exit via an acquisition.

Having been on the 'sell' side of technology for over 10 years, I can help you with strategy, what questions to ask potential providers and what you can do to ensure a good implementation, especially from SMEs.

I am passionate about helping Major Events to succeed. They are  complicated, but I can help with the technology procurement and implementation processes. I started my working career in major events and been involved with so many during my time at WeTrack. 

If you have an consulting service or even an interesting idea, I can help you plan out the likelihood of it succeeding as a revenue-generating technology product. This includes: roadmap, risks and realistic resourcing requirements. 

I am currently a Director of a commerical property company and have a wide range of interests so even if you are not working in sport, events or technology, if it makes a good fit then I'd be open to help you in whatever capacity makes sense.
