NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (NED)
I will not promise to cure all things but I led WeTrack for 10 years, through multiple fundraises and ultimately to a successful exit, I'd be happy to help founders with up to £10M ARR navigate this process (especially M&A) from a non-executive director capacity.
START-UP ADVICE
If not in a NED capacity, I'd still be willing to work part-time or ad hoc to advise through things such as: scaling, hiring, cash flow, strategy, fundraising and elements of securing a successful exit via an acquisition.
SPORT FEDERATIONS
Having been on the 'sell' side of technology for over 10 years, I can help you with strategy, what questions to ask potential providers and what you can do to ensure a good implementation, especially from SMEs.
MAJOR EVENTS
I am passionate about helping Major Events to succeed. They are complicated, but I can help with the technology procurement and implementation processes. I started my working career in major events and been involved with so many during my time at WeTrack.
PRODUCT FEASABILITY
If you have an consulting service or even an interesting idea, I can help you plan out the likelihood of it succeeding as a revenue-generating technology product. This includes, roadmap, risks and realistic resourcing requirements.
OTHER BUSINESS
I am currently a Dirctor of a commerical property company and have a wide range of interests so even if you are not working in sport, events or technology, if it makes a good fit then I'd be open to help you in whatever capacity makes sense.

My Background
After completing an MSc at Oxford and working for a hedge fund, I helped to lead a small part of the operations team at the London 2012 Olympics, which inspired the creation of WeTrack. WeTrack became a top system in sports and major events globally, with clients across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Now, I’m eager to share my experience and insights, helping others turn their ideas into successful ventures.
